I’ve done marketing via graphic design for over 30 years. Seldom… if ever, does a book come along that has such a WEALTH of practical, common sense advice, tips, insights, and resources. (Last one at this level in my humble opinion was David Ogilvy’s book from 2 decades ago, and that was from an era BEFORE the internet! Carol Bentley’s book is up-to-the-minute in topics and information!)
Practical, down-to-earth, friendly, FUN, easy to understand. I particularly enjoyed and relate to the part about how ‘Charlie the Plumber’ sees things.
