From what I’ve read, this is a decent book. My only problem is that I thought that it was supposed to be geared toward multi-phase marketing, meaning the many steps one takes to approach a target demographic.
By the title, I was looking for something to give me an idea of “customer-relationship marketing.” By this, I mean using a form of marketing that builds trust through multiple communications.
So, I was naturally disappointed when I found that it was really geared toward Network Marketers. That aside, if this is what you are looking for, this book has a lot of great information.

I was wishful buying this and learning from the Guerilla series which for the most point I’ve enjoyed through the years. This is an overused redux of the same thing they’ve been saying for years. I cant write more because there is nothing in here that is new. Disappointing to say the least.
